Melbourne is Australia’s second largest city, and was voted the most liveable city in the world for 7 consecutive years. It is a photogenic city with both wide boulevards and interesting laneways filled with street art and coffee culture. The Yarra river snakes it’s way through the city and is surrounded by historical and modern landmarks happily sitting next to each other.
September is springtime in Melbourne, with temperatures starting to warm up and the blossoms and daffodils filling the parks. Temperatures range from 9°C-18°C ( 48°F-64°F). This city is known for experiencing “four seasons in one day” however, so layers are always recommended.
